What geographic area does your company serve?
Our company completes work within central Indiana, providing top-quality services to both residential and commercial clients in the area.
What kinds of projects do you take?
We undertake a wide variety of projects, ranging from small-scale remodels to extensive new builds. While we do not typically take on narrow jobs that fall within specific trade scopes – plumbing, electric, HVAC, concrete, or dirt work – we are more than happy to provide recommendations for trusted contractors who can serve your less comprehensive needs while delivering the same level of quality you would expect from us.
What is your process for managing projects?
We begin with an initial project onboarding meeting where we discuss your project needs. This stage can include design consultation if desired. From here, we provide you with a quote and move through the acceptance phase. Once work starts, we seek to engage in weekly communication to keep you updated on the progress. Upon completion of the work, we arrange a review of the final product with you prior to the payment process.
How do you handle communication with clients during the project?
As we move forward with your project, we will ensure clear and consistent communication through both email and phone. Our team will generate a project timeline to share with you at the start of the project. As the project progresses, we will provide updates on tracking and any changes within the project plan on a weekly cadence at minimum. It is our priority to keep you well-informed at every step along the way to completion.
What happens if there are delays or problems during the project?
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that arise during the project, it is our commitment to communicate these developments promptly within 24 hours. We will outline the issues at hand and propose a clear path forward, including any necessary next steps or adjustments to the project timeline and budget. This commitment to open and timely communication is key to managing change effectively and helps maintain the project’s integrity while ensuring client satisfaction.
Do you carry insurance for your work?
Yes, we are insured and bonded! Proof of insurance is available upon request.
How does your company manage additional work requests during a project?
Any alterations to the originally agreed-upon scope of work will require a new quote to ensure that both parties are aware of the updated changes and costs. This document is then reviewed, signed off on, and accepted by both parties. From here, the project plan and timeline is updated and released.
What measures do you implement to ensure the worksite is left clean throughout the project?
We follow a comprehensive approach to maintaining site cleanliness throughout the project. At the end of each day, our team ensures that the worksite is left tidy, keeping safety and aesthetics in mind. Upon reaching the final milestone of project completion, we conduct a thorough team review focusing explicitly on cleanliness standards. This process involves a detailed inspection to ensure that our team has met the benchmark for a clean and orderly worksite. Additionally, a final discussion with the client will take place to address any concerns or expectations regarding the cleanliness of the worksite. We take pride in leaving the site in a satisfactory condition that meets or exceeds our clients’ standards.
